Can't A Cupcake Have A Drink In Peace?

I had to make a one page comic in the style of a comic book artist. I chose Dave Sim (specifically his comic Cerebus).
Cerebus is basically about a mercenary aardvark who just wants to find food, a place to sleep, and booze, oh and gold too. Every time he comes close some moron has to show up and screw everything up.

My characters do not tolerate this type of treachery.

Done in black technical pens and markers on cardstock. Cleaned up in photoshop.
